Are you a structured finance assistant who thrives in a service-oriented role and wants to work in a socially important organization? We are now looking for a finance assistant consultant for an exciting assignment within public administration – where you can combine operational financial work with the opportunity to contribute to development and improvements.

In the role of finance assistant, you will work broadly with financial administration in a larger organization. The focus is on invoice management and purchasing, but the role also includes support, case management, and ongoing administration in both financial and operational systems.

You will be part of a competent finance team consisting of economists, controllers, and system administrators, and you will have the opportunity to participate in development and improvement work across organizational boundaries.

• Invoice management in financial systems (Raindance)

• Purchasing and administrative follow-up

• Monitoring functional mailboxes and case management

• Support to the organization in finance-related questions

• Registration of childcare invoices in operational systems (Edlevo)

• Documentation of routines and work on process improvements

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in public administration and its financial processes

• Post-secondary education in finance/accounting

For the assignment, you need to be able to substantiate your experience through at least one reference assignment from similar work. Degree certificates, grades, or certificates are welcome to be attached.
